Amitabh Bachchan was shifted out of the ICU at Lilavati Hospital today, December 7 after undergoing a successful surgery on November 30.

Bachchan, who underwent a series of tests at the Escorts Heart Institute in Delhi on November 28 after complaining of abdominal pain, was flown to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and admitted to the same night.

Doctors have said that Mr. Bachchan's recovery has been good. Meanwhile, relatives, friends and well-wishers continue to visit the hospital.
