On October 16-19, the 11th Pusan International Film Festival 2006 will screen Krrish starring Hrithik Roshan, in the 'A Window on Asian Cinema' section.

The section offers various prospective and styles of renowned Asian directors.

According to producer-director Rakesh Roshan, "Krrish is the first Bollywood film to be screened at Pusan. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it at the festival. But, the film will be represented by somebody from my production house".

"Krrish has been released in many countries and I am in talks with several others for it's release by January next year", Roshan said.

In Mumbai on Friday, a press release was issued stating that within the short span of time it has been in existence, the Pusan International Film Festival in Korea has been credited with bringing Asian Filmmakers together and making it as a high profile festival competing with worldwide filmfestivals.
