It's no secret that when he's at work, Shah Rukh Khan pushes himself to near burn out, after which he has to take a break to spend some time with friends and his kids.

He pushes himself from dawn to dusk and beyond. Even his sleep cycles end up out of sorts, often non-existent. Even still, he is on a roll, only breaking for his peth pooja.

Last week is a prime example, King Khan survived without proper sleep for three full days and nights. He was exceedingly busy, shooting ads in the morning and promoting Don in the evening. He had to make do with power naps in-between.

Now, some call that being a workaholic, others call it drive and dedication, Shah Rukh calls it passion, and that's what superstars are made of.
