Well, it's happened...three of our top stars, Shah Rukh, Rani and Kajol have gone to the dogs!

Well, ok, not quite like that. That is to say Karan Johar's debut hit film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai will. Interestingly, or should that be oddly, enough, in this season of remakes, Karan's hit is also to be remade - however with one major change. The leads in the remake will not be the original stars but rather animated dogs. Yes, you read that right…animated dogs...in a film to be directed by Karan’s assistant Tarun Mansukhani.

According to sources, the film will be re-titled Kuchi Kuchi Hota Hai. The animated dogs will be singing and dancing in the film as well, in traditional masala style.

The film will be approximately 2 hours running time rather that the original 3 hours.
