Until we get it from the 'horses mouth', they will continue to be just rumours, no matter how many times its repeated. Well, recently the London press experienced the other side of the Bachchan charm when the chill in the voice of Big B told them they had crossed the line when they hounded him about Ash-Abhi marriage rumours.

In London for the promotion of Babul, the actor politely answered queries about next Friday's release. Then Amitabh was patient enough to respond to the marriage rumours, taking a balanced approach by stating that he was happy about Abhishek being a normal child and respected his feelings and matters of heart.

Saying nothing more beyond this. It was a clear cut message that the respected senior actor didn't want to discuss the topic any further.

So, it's no wonder Big B was indeed peeved when another journo asked him the same question in a one to one conversation. The journo got quite a surprise when Big B retorted by asking him how his personal life was affected by what was happening in the personal life of Bachchan family.

With that the journo was left with a sheepish grin on his face and no option but to make a hasty retreat.

Seems to have done the trick, as no one else dared to broach the subject again.
