Fardeen Seeks Rehab
On Tuesday, Fardeen Khan expressed a willingness to go in for rehabilitation for drug addiction. His advocate, K T Tulsi, made the offer at the end of the arguments before the Bombay High Court which is hearing the actor's plea that the drug charges against him be dropped. Fardeen was arrested on May 5, 2001, outside an ATM at Juhu while allegedly attempting to buy a gram of cocaine from a drug trafficker.
Subsequently, he spent a few days in police custody. Fardeen has moved on since then. Additionally, a year ago he lost his playboy image and married yesteryear actress Mumtaz’ daughter Natasha Madhwani. Previously a regular at parties and Page 3 events, today Fardeen Khan is a totally family man.
His forthcoming films include Just Married, Aankh Micholi, Darling, Subway, Hey Baby and Kurbani.
