Aamir Khan's wedding reception, hosted by new wife Kiran Rao's father, Kishore Rao, was held Monday in Bangalore after following three days of wedding celebrations.

Aamir's second marriage too place on December 28 at a simple ceremony at his home in Mumbai. Aamir divorced his first wife Reena Dutta in 2002 and has two children with her.

Abhishek Bachchan has been voted the ‘Entertainer of the Year’ for 2005 by a CNN-IBN news channel poll. The poll was done nationally by the channel.

Abhishek had a great 2005, and will be featured in several major films in 2006 including Umrao Jaan, Dhoom 2 and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.

“I am thrilled to be given this fabulous title,” Abhishek said after getting winning the poll. “When I look back at 2005 and see (what) my dad has accomplished in this year, I am humbled. He has worked hard, created one success after another and made television history with his KBC II show. If he can work so hard and with such focus at 63, what have I done? To me the world is divided into two kinds of people. One is Amitabh Bachchan and all others are those who are not Amitabh Bachchan. He is king and stands in a genre of his own. His example and this honour makes me determined to work harder, become a better human being and most important, a better son” he added.
