Jamshedpur: As reported earlier, Pappu Sardar is a die-hard fan of Madhuri Dixit and has launched a non-traditional calendar with the first day on the calendar starting today, the stars birthday. Not only this, but today he also threw a party for the occasion in ‘Steel City', Jamshedpur. In addition, he organized a prayer for Madhuri, once again with a difference - the prayers were being offered to Madhuri, rather than to any known Gods or Goddesses.
Pappu invited children from an orphanage and old people from the old age home to take part in the celebrations.
A ‘chat' vendor by profession, Pappu has been celebrating Madhuri's 39th birthday for several years. For today’s event, not only did he come out with a calendar, he also ordered a special train cake and organised a party that started late in the night on May 14.
"I have launched a calendar, which starts from May 15, 2006 and ends at May 14, 2007. I have also written ‘Happy Birthday Madhuri' at its end," Pappu said.
Pappu isn’t bothered a bit about the fact that people call him crazy. He considers Madhuri as his master and wants to serve her ‘til his last breath.
"I cannot say why I like Madhuri, I feel she is my master and I am at her service. I will do anything she would tell me to do. I will be her fan till my last breath and it is possible that I might do something even after I die," Pappu stated.
Pappu continued that he considers Madhuri as his god and will pray in front of her without bothering whether she knows about her fan or not.
“ When we pray to God, we don't think whether he is listening to us or not, but we continue to worship Him the same way. I will do things for Madhuri whether she knows it or not," Pappu asserted.
