Four weeks after the theatrical release, Shemaroo has released on VCDs and DVDs Pyare Mohan staring Fardeen Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Esha Deol, Amrita Rao and Boman Irani. The DVD is specially packaged in a new and distinctive kind of sleek Digi-packaging with vibrant colors, which indicate the fun element in the film.

Included inside every DVD are special pin-up postcards that have thoughtful, yet funny lines. The distinctive idea came from the film itself where a blind Pyare and deaf Mohan have a funny take on life despite of their physical challenges. For this reason, Shemaroo thought of adding inspirational and funny quotes in pin-up postcards.

In addition, with the release of the VCDs and DVDs an exciting and fun Music World exclusive contest has begun. The promotion will be carried for 15 days through 40 Music World outlets in Delhi, NCR and Kolkata.

To participate in the Pyare Mohan Contest, just pick up a VCD or DVD of the film and answer a simple question. Winners will be selected by a draw and could receive cool sunglasses, branded kurtas, deos, watches and much more.
