Hot on the heels of bringing Shah Rukh back from the dead following a false report of a fatal car accident, it is the turn of former Miss Universe Aishwarya Rai to make this same miraculous journey.

Rumourmongers can “kill off” anyone at anytime. A few years ago, a rumour went about that Shah Rukh Khan had been shot dead in Dubai, however it was proved false right away, before people had the chance get over the immediate shock of such a terrible story.

On Thursday morning, the rumour going about was Aishwarya Rai had been killed instantly in a car accident in Germany due to a severe head injury. The story spread like wild fire, upsetting a great many.

However, contact with Ash's business manager, Hari Singh, killed the rumour rather than Ash. "I don't know who is spreading these false rumours," wonders Hari Singh. "At present, she is shooting for Mani Ratnam's 'Guru' in Chennai,' he asserted.
