Bipasha, who previously appeared in Ramu's production Darna Zaroori Hai, has opted out of the filmmaker’s latest venture Darling, earlier titled Baby.

Although many portions of the film were already canned, Bipasha expressed her inability to continue with the project, blaming date problems.

Reportedly, the filmmaker and the actress settled the matter amicably. Ramu has even said Bipasha will work with him in the future.

For Darling, however, Ramu has replaced Bipasha with Isha Koppikar.

Ramu seems to being having a great deal of trouble with his films lately. From Time Machine being scrapped, to the many cast changes in this film.

Lara Dutta and Randeep Hooda have already walked out of the project and have been replaced by Esha Deol and Fardeen Khan.
