Mumbai: The daughter of badminton champ Prakash Padukone, at the tender age of 20, Deepika Padukone is one of the most sought after faces on the modeling circuit. Of that was not enough, this lady is set to make a debut some many actors or actresses dream of - opposite none other that the king himself, Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om.
However, even before landing a dream role in Farah's film, Deepika is already in another role, that of a brand ambassador for international make-up brand Maybelline.
She seems to be taking the role rather seriously, "I am wearing the Maybelline mousse and the even the nail colour - Bubblicious," she said.
"The first time I used make-up was co-incidentally my mother's Maybelline foundation stick. I found that very convenient so I just dug into it and smeared it all over my face. That was the first time I did that make-up. But I didn't go out with that make-up," Deepika recalls.
When asked about her films, Deepika remained tight-lipped.
"I would love to talk to you about my films, but may be some other time," she said.
