Shah Rukh Khan's home production, Om Shanti Om, has him working out and following a healthy diet for his role.In the Farah Khan directed film, Shah Rukh plays a role he is probably most familar with to date, that of an actor, with story is set in 'Bollywood'.
It is reported that for his role in the film, SRK has been working out regularly under the guidance of an expert, Prashant, who directs SRK in weight training at least four times a week.
Prashant has so far been concentrating on SRK's upper body (chests and shoulders) to help him develop a brawny, pumped-up physique.
Nonetheless, Prashant is taking care that SRK doesn't overstress himself as he had back surgery a couple of years ago.
SRK is complementing the bodybuilding with a healthy protein rich diet and is said to also be taking protein supplements to help in building and strengthening of muscles.
Opposite Shah Rukh in Om Shanti Om will be Deepika Padukone as his love interest. Also starring are Kiron Kher and Arjun Rampal and cameos by a number of 'Bollywood' celebrities.
