After a yearlong sabbatical, Kareena Kapoor is back in action.

Last year, following the shoot for the item number Yeh Mera Dil for Farhan Akhtar's version of Don, Kareena decided to take a long break. She had said that she was tired of working continually. Although she did sign a few new projects during her break, she did not shoot for any.

Many changes took place in her life during this time. Firstly, she turned vegetarian. Then, she began practicing Yoga and she traveled abroad and in India with her boyfriend Shahid Kapur.

Now, Kareena is returning to limelight with re-charged energy.

She has ended her sabbatical the same way she began it: with a song.

Kareena has begun shooting for a song in good friend Lovely Singh's film Kya Love Story Hai at Filmistan Studios in Mumbai.

Kareena is given a very glamourous makeover in the song. She dons a sexy dress, rides in limousine and plays a 25-feet guitar. The song is sung by Alisha Chinai and choreographed by Bosco.

Kareena is not charging for this song and says she is not open to any more item numbers. She is doing this song only for Lovely Singh whom she has known for a long time since he used to work as an assistant director under filmmaker Satish Kaushik.

After this, she will start shooting for Imtiaz Ali's film with Shahid Kapur.
