SRK nominated for Pan-Asian Award The Hong Kong film festival has begun and certainly promises to be a gala event.

As a part of the opening ceremony, the Pan-Asian awards which commence on Tuesday, will present accolades to excellence in cinema from various countries such as India, Japan, Thailand, South Korea and Iran. These awards comprise a diverse mix of categories.

The Indian nomination for the Top Actor of the year category is our own King Khan, for his performance in the title role in Farhan Akhtar's Don.

However, Shah Rukh does not plan to attend the awards ceremony.

Other than Shah Rukh, no other Indian has been nominated in any of the categories.
