Mallika's visa costs producer Rs. 2 crore Currently, Mallika Sherawat shooting with Kamal Hassan in the Tamil film Dasavatharam.

What makes this interesting is that it is said this will be one of the most expensive films to be made in the country and Mallika has had a part to play in adding to the budget of the film.

One of the songs in the film was to be shot at different locations in the US. The entire cast and crew was prepared to go to the States except Mallika Sherawat. The reason? Simply, her visa expired at the eleventh hour.

However, the production had no other option but to shift the location to Malaysia. The entire crew had to be shifted to Kuala Lumpur. According to one of the sources, this location shift alone cost them about a whopping Rs. 2 crore.
