Music Update: 'Saawariya' impresses, 'LCMD' and 'OSO' score wellThis past week saw the release of the soundtrack to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Saawariya. The soundtrack is off to a great start, scoring a 77%, which garners it a 'Very Good' tag and is close to being 'Excellent' (to get an 'Excellent' tag, you need a rating of 80% or higher). However, there are only 3 reviews in for the soundtrack so that number may go up or down over the next several days.

The other recent soundtracks were the soundtracks for Om Shanti Om and Laaga Chunari Mein Daag. Om Shanti Om is continuing to get good reviews, and is at a 73% which is 'Very Good'. We now have 11 reviews for the soundtrack, of which 10 are positive and 1 is average. There are no negative reviews for the soundtrack. In our music review for the soundtrack, we say it "recalls music of an earlier age. Despite a few problems, it is a sure winner!" Also faring well is Laaga Chunari Mein Daag. It also has 11 reviews in, and also like Om Shanti Om, 10 are positive and 1 is negative. It is at a 63%, which is 'Good'.
