New Delhi, Aug 20 (IANS) After 16 years in the film industry, actor-producer Suniel Shetty says he is jealous of Akshay Kumar as the latter has shaped up his career wisely over the years."Akshay Kumar is an inspiration for me. He has handled his career beautifully. I'm envious of him," Suneil told IANS.

He spoke on the sidelines of the opening of his apparel house Crossover Bollywood Se.

He added: "Akshay ventured into a completely different arena, that is comedy and he was widely appreciated for it. My bond has especially grown with him post-'Hera Pheri'."

I don't like anyone judging my mother: Ranbir Kapoor

Though Bollywood's new chocolate hero Ranbir Kapoor admires his father immensely, he is uncomfortable with people judging his mother.

Ranbir is the son of yesteryears' stars Neetu and Rishi Kapoor.

"My mother is very biased towards me. My parents always wanted me to learn moralistic values. As a child and even now, I have been a big fan of my father's films.

"I have watched my mom's films, but I was not comfortable. People would judge her and I don't like anyone else judging my mother. I am possessive about her."

Ranbir is being appreciated for his film Bachna Ae Haseeno in which he serenades his real life girlfriend Deepika Padukone. The other two actresses he romances in the film are Minissha Lamba and Bipasha Basu.

Minissha Lamba loves criticising herself

Petite actress Minissha Lamba, whose vibrant look in Bachna Ae Haseeno is being appreciated, says she keeps criticising herself on her on-screen presence.

"I'm my biggest critic. Whenever I go out with my friends to watch my film, I keep looking for flaws. I look critically the way I look in the film or the way I act," Minissha told IANS.

She added: "My friends keep telling me to shut up and stop criticising myself. But I never stop. They are so sweet that they tell me to just watch my films and enjoy them."
