Karan Johar ties up with NDTV for entertainment channel NDTV Media's much-awaited Hindi entertainment channel will launch in July 2007. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions will have a stake in it, Karan be on the board of NDTV's entertainment channel as well. It will be a family entertainment channel targeted at all age groups.

Sources have said that Karan will help originate concepts and programming ideas, as well as produce shows for the channel. He will be an ambassador for the NDTV entertainment brand.

The NDTV entertainment channel is being launched as part of NDTV's expansion beyond the news.
