One of the most highly anticipated films for the beginning of 2007 - Mani Ratnam's Guru - will be dubbed in Telugu. If reports are to be believed, the Telugu version will be titled Gurukanth.

South based producer Janapriya Prasad has acquired the rights to the Telugu version.

Guru stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, R Madhavan and Mithun Chakravarthy in pivotal leads.
