Interestingly, the film’s lead pair Aamir Khan and Kajol have joined the growing list of stars lending their voice to film songs.

Keep in mind, we have heard Aamir behind the microphone previously for film songs in “Ghulam”, “Mangal Pandey” and “Rang De Basanti”. However, this will be a first for Kajol.

Aamir and Kajol have lent their voices for two songs, “Mere Haath Mein” and “Chanda Chamke”, which they sing along with known singers such as Sonu Nigam, Babul Supriyo, Mahalaxmi Iyer and Sunidhi Chauhan.

In line with the recent trend of remixes, there is a remix by DJ Aqeel on the album of the song "Chand Sifarish".

The music of Fanaa, which is by Jatin-Lalit and lyrics by Prasoon Joshi, releases worldwide on 12th April.
