It has been reported by many agencies that Farah Khan's Happy New Year was now to be called Om Shanti Om.

However, it seems this is not the case. It appears that Happy New Year has been scrapped and Farah has moved on to Om Shanti Om.

In a recent interview Shah Rukh Khan stated, "When Farah said Happy New Year was not working out, I said fine. So, we moved on to Om Shanti Om."
