Shah Rukh Khan's Om Shanti Om experienced a 77% jump in collections over Friday in U.K. On Saturday it collected £201,899 on 49 screens. The total so far is an amazing £316,211 in its first 2 days.
Some of SRK's previous films: Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Devdas, Kal Ho Na Ho, Veer-Zaara and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, had grossed over £400,000 in their opening weekend. At this rate, O.S.O. it should join these other films at the £400,000 + marker with the addition of Sunday figures.
