Contrary to recent reports, the Hindi remake of Tamil super hit Ghajini starring Aamir Khan is not titled Kajri and the producers of the film never intended it to be.

Recent media reports have referred to the film as Kajri, as well as claiming that there is a legal dispute over the title. The film's production team seeks to clarify that the film is not called Kajri. On the contrary, as of now the film is untitled while the creative team deliberate upon a suitable title, once one is hit upon, a formal announcement will be made.

"We were surprised how it was assumed that our film is titled Kajri. We don't have a title as of now and we are considering three four options." Says an authorized spokesperson from the production team of the film.
